RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from Your Perfect Pets. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

RETURNS

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided items meet our return conditions below. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Opened food or treats
  • Opened flea, tick, or parasite treatments
  • Grooming products that have been opened or used

To start a return, please email us at hello@yourperfectpets.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong item or would like to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@yourperfectpets.co.uk and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer as processing times vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@yourperfectpets.co.uk.

NON-ARRIVAL

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at hello@yourperfectpets.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
